Please note:
Email is for administration purposes only. Email communication for medical advice and information is prohibited and will NOT result in a response from our clinical team. Please call or visit our clinic for all medical information.

Telephone Access:
GPs in the practice may be contacted during normal clinic hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken and staff will advise when it is likely your phone call will be returned. Your call will be put through to the GP in an emergency.

Email Policy:
Please be aware that email transmission of patient information and medical advice is prohibited. Government regulations require encrypted messaging systems for confidential communications. Our email and text communications are not encrypted. It is Northcote Medical’s policy not to use email and text for sharing confidential information. We apologise if this causes inconvenience for you in receiving information from us. Please note that fax or registered post is our preferred mode of sending and/or receiving confidential information.
