Our clinic uses a secure digital note‑taking tool that assists clinicians by converting parts of the consultation into written medical notes. Your clinician remains fully responsible for your care and for all clinical documentation. No audio recordings are kept, and your information is protected in line with strict privacy and security standards. You may request that this tool not be used during your consultation at any time.
